There's a version without basket and fenders for $20 less. I totally wish I'd realized that!Scooter does not fold, so I'm not sure why that's a rating criterion.Took time to adjust the brakes, they need a lot of tension adjustments which takes a while.Assembly wasn't as easy as expected. Back brake rubbed the tire. Took a lot of manual maneuvering to get the brake to sit right.Handle bars easy to adjust to kids growing ages. Husband assembled easy. And rides so niceMy son loved it size was perfect,But had such a hard time with the front Fender it was hitting the tire and frame looks cricket, not done right, can't turn it hits both frame/tire of the scooter so I'm going to have to remove it..not happy about that..and did have some veyr slit damage.i well give it a 5 if they chang that part for me,so hard the use the wheel's are not smooth or like the other one I got I'm a grown women only weigh 120 so I son can't use it.sucksNo dislikes well usedThis is perfect for my 11 year old. She loves the color and size of tires. I just wish the basket was more sturdy. Love how it has fenders since most do not. Glad I bought it. I would definitely buy again.
