I was pleasantly surprised and very please with the cart. It is solidly built and as good as the much more expensive carts out there. It comes in two part, the upper handle and the lower base. The only thing that stood out to me that could of been better is where the two halves come together. The upper side that slides down into the lower base is tapered too much and would wobble around if it weren't for the two little cheap bolts running through the joint. That being said, it still it a great product!
